About Alec

Alec Edmonds is a 21 year old singer-songwriter from the small town of Smithfield, Virginia. He has been writing songs and performing for over 7 years now. A musician by nature, he plays numerous instruments such as guitar, piano and mandolin since he was 10 years old. 

Alec's vocal performance is where his talent truly shines. His unique bass voice with a brassy twang distinguishes his vocals. Alec has performed in front of crowds as large as 30,000+ and has opened for country music superstars such as Miranda Lambert, Little Big Town, Rodney Atkins, Craig Morgan, Chris Cagle, Gary Allan, Darius Rucker, Lee Brice, Jennifer Nettles, Kip Moore, Joe Nichols, Old Dominion and more. Alec even had the opportunity to open and perform with The Beach Boys. He has played countless shows ranging from performing at bars, festivals, weddings and private events to opening for national acts. 

Alec recently graduated from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee where he received a Bachelor's in Business Administration with an emphasis in Music Business.
